Free Subscription Cost Calculator

List your monthly subscriptions and see the total. The calculation updates on its own.

A subscription is any service billed automatically every month to your card — streaming, apps, gym, cloud storage. Each one looks cheap alone, but the monthly total is often a surprise.

Your subscriptions

Enter it to see what share of your income goes to subscriptions.

Personal organization tool — the value of each subscription is what you enter, not verified against any service's real price. Does not replace a full personal finance review.

Frequently asked questions

Why does adding up subscriptions separately tend to be surprising?

Because each charge is small and goes unnoticed on the card statement. Only when you add everything together does the real monthly total become visible — it's common to pass R$200 or R$300 without realizing.

Does the calculator know the current price of Netflix, Spotify, etc.?

No. Each service's prices change often and vary by plan and promotion, so you enter what you actually pay for each one — the tool only adds them up.

Why is entering income optional?

The total sum is already useful on its own. Income is only used to calculate what percentage of your earnings goes to subscriptions — extra context, not required.

What should I do if the spending is too high?

Cancelling subscriptions you haven't used in months, or switching individual plans for shared family plans, is usually the quickest fix.
