What Zenteck collects, why we collect it, and what you can demand about it.

Who is responsible
Zenteck (www.zenteck.com.br) is operated by Alex Silva. For anything regarding personal data, including requests under the GDPR and the Brazilian LGPD, write to suporte.zenteck@gmail.com.
What we collect
Ordinary browsing: reading the blog requires no account. We do not collect your name, email or phone number just for visiting.
Technical data: our providers log IP address, browser, device, pages visited and referral source. This is used to measure audience and keep the site running.
Contact form: when you write to us through the form we collect the name, email, subject and message you typed. The legal basis is your own request to be contacted, and we use the data solely to reply to you.
Alongside the message we store the browser used and a hashed version of your IP address. The raw IP is never stored: the hash exists only to curb automated bulk submissions and cannot be used to identify you.
Direct email: we keep only what you sent, for as long as it takes to answer you.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies to remember your consent choice and, when you allow it, to measure audience and serve ads.
No measurement or advertising cookie is written before you decide. The site loads with all tracking denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2) and only changes that after your choice.
You can review or withdraw your decision at any time through the “Review consent” link in the footer of every page.

Google advertising
We intend to serve ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings at myadcenter.google.com.
You may also opt out of third-party cookies at www.aboutads.info.
Audience measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which articles are useful. Collection only happens if you consent. The data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you individually.
Who we share with
We do not sell personal data. We share only with the providers the site needs to exist: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), measurement (Google Analytics), contact-form delivery (FormSubmit) and, when active, advertising (Google AdSense).
These providers may process data outside your country. The contractual safeguards adopted by each of them apply.
How long we keep it
Technical and audience records follow each tool's standard retention.
Messages sent through the form or by email are kept while the matter is open and for up to 12 months afterwards, in case the conversation resumes. After that they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent — rights granted by GDPR articles 15 to 22 and by article 18 of the Brazilian LGPD.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find such data, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the site itself.
