According to TechCrunch, text-based assistants Instinct and Meta's Muse have both integrated outbound phone calling features to handle tasks that require human voice interaction.

Instead of relying strictly on web forms or chat interfaces, these agents can now dial physical businesses. Instinct Concierge targets high-touch coordination, such as securing reservations at venues without online booking or waiting on cancellation lists.
What is the rollout strategy for these new features?
